League Coordinators

​

The Pitch is looking for a league coordinator to be responsible for the running of 3v3 Soccer, Darts, Pool, and any other sports leagues presented by The Pitch. 

​

Primary Responsibilities:

​

• Provide pre-league communication, identifying any up and coming leagues.

• Share information on the registration process including key dates.

• Manage the registration process ensuring teams are fully registered and all players are registered to their respective team.

• Communicate the published schedule, and highlight any changes throughout the league.

• Manage and maintain the schedule throughout the season, ensuring accurate recording of results,

• Maintain the equipment provided for the respective league, ensuring you have adequate equipment to run a successful league.

• Set up and set down of the fields or tables.

• Ensure all equipment provided for the league is returned at the conclusion of the league.

• Timekeeping for all games.

Requirements:

• Can communicate effectively.

• Has good planning and time management skills.

• Provides a positive atmosphere.

• Has previous experience co-ordinating events.
