Compensation : $20 per hour + performance bonus (Starting salary)

Located across the new West End stadium, with 8,000 square feet, The Pitch offers a stadium view rooftop, a refreshing outdoor patio, rotating food trucks, and a video wall for an immersive sports watching experience.  The Pitch is for everyone.  We aim to be a home base for connecting with people and having good times all year round.

Pitch Cincy is looking for a Programming and Marketing Analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for the design, plan, marketing and execution of quarterly programs within The Pitch, Cobblestone, and Food Truck.  We are looking for candidates who have vision, are responsible, self-motivated, punctual, personable, and most importantly can execute against the plan. Those who can successfully multitask, promote on social media, and handle a crowd are ideal. If you love hosting, soccer and sports culture, you're our kind of people!



Job Responsibilities:

  • Programming - Vision board new entertainment concepts that can be executed within 30 days and are run for 3-6 months at a time 

  • Define detailed requirements, materials, and plan of action to implement the vision of any new or existing programs

  • Communicate out the story telling of the program throughout all phases of its' lifecycle (concept, registration, deployment, activation, and post program summary) on social media

  • Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with clients and vendors, especially by replying to all forms of communication in a timely manner

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate and non-profit clients

  • Takes a calendar driven approach to rolling out overall programming strategy and roadmap

  • Stay up to date with the Cobblestone OTR/The Pitch culture and new directions the company is taking with brands, beer, products, etc


Job Requirements:

  • Understands what is meant by Programming and Marketing to our guests

  • Must be able to vision, and communicate vision in a written format to bring on-board team members

  • Must posses a service and performer orientation-actively looking for ways to entertain guests

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute a reasonable distance

  • A laptop with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to high Guest service standards

  • Self-starter, strong work ethic, adaptable and open to new ideas

  • Ability to see big picture combined with willingness to be hands-on
