Position: Food Truck (Cook, Catering, Prep, or Gamedays) 

Status: Full-time (40 hours per week), or Part-Time

Compensation :$13-$20/hour + Tips ($100 monthly stipend for health insurance for FT)

Benefits: 10 Days of PTO accrued per calendar year

We are a new food truck concept located in the heart of OTR. As a small company looking to expand quickly, we want to find the right people to grow with us. Due to the close-quarters nature of our setup, teamwork and positivity are our #1 priority in building this team!

 

Job Responsibilities:

​

• Line cook, take orders, and operate the truck during service

• Organize and stock truck according to service needs

• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations

• Must have great communication skills while working with the public and other team members

• Ensure food truck staff members follow proper sanitation procedures.

• Keep records of waste, supplies and purchases.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Line Cook, Catering Operations

• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds

• Superior organizational skills, with acute attention to detail and food quality

• Ability to problem solve, prioritize, manage multiple and changing timelines, and multi-task with limited supervision while meeting established timelines.

• High level of interpersonal skills

• Delivers results for which he/she is accountable

• Dependability, flexibility and professional demeanor

• Maintains high standards of personal ethics; is consistently honest and truthful in all situations

• Communicates with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude
