Pitch Cincy is looking for a Seasonal World Cup Bartender to join our team. This person will be responsible for working our early morning and afternoon World Cup matches on weekdays and weekends.

Must be available 10/15/22 - 12/18/22 (including holidays).

We are looking for candidates who are responsible, self-motivated, punctual, and personable. Those who can successfully engage with our soccer fan guests while efficiently bartending, and handle a crowd are ideal. If you love soccer and sports culture, you're our kind of people!

World Cup Bartenders

​

Primary Responsibilities:

​​

• Make drinks quickly and consistently 

• Engage with our soccer guests! -- Acknowledge and welcome customers into the bar.  Be approachable and checking in on guests to ensure they are taken care of.

• Performance - Interact and build a relationship with the guests

• Read the room and entertain the crowd

• Know our beer menu in and out

• Must maintain an expert knowledge of our menu and offerings, and able to walk our guests through the menu when needed, offer tailored recommendations to customers as needed, and promoting featured items 

• Responsible for pour cost targets, and meeting inventory loss metrics

• Restock and replenish -- Must be able to change a keg, fountain soda, replenish ice.  Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting heavy items.

• Clean & sanitize -- Keep a clean and presentable bar area, restock and replenish bar supplies.  

• Complete closing duties -- This includes storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.  Return all equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors and completing bar closing checklist.

Requirements:

• Passion for soccer

• Some bartending experience required

• Able to suggestively sell food and our offerings to customers

• Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean

• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform

• Means of transportation
